Bialetti New Brikka Restyling is an upgraded aluminum moka pot that allows you to prepare espresso with a rich and thick crema at home. Thanks to its special valve, this model creates pressure that enables the formation of crema that standard moka pots cannot achieve. The new version features an improved column and silicone membrane for even better results.

The model is designed for 2 cups of espresso (100 ml total), making it ideal for daily preparation of strong and aromatic coffee.

It is made of high-quality cast aluminum, with the classic Bialetti design and a black ergonomic handle for safe use.

It is suitable for gas and electric stovetops. Hand washing without detergents is recommended (not dishwasher safe).

Bialetti New Brikka Restyling 2TZ is an upgraded version of the iconic Bialetti moka pot, designed to brew rich and aromatic coffee with a thick, espresso-style crema.

Unlike a traditional moka pot, Brikka features a special system that regulates pressure during brewing. The new Restyling version is equipped with an improved column and silicone membrane, which help create a thicker and longer-lasting layer of crema on top of the coffee.

Capacity: Bialetti New Brikka 2TZ is designed to brew 2 cups of coffee, approximately 50 ml per cup, with a total capacity of around 100 ml.

Design: Made from high-quality cast aluminium, it features Bialetti’s signature design. The black plastic handle and lid knob provide comfortable and practical handling.

Use: Bialetti Brikka is suitable for gas and electric hobs. When heating, position the moka pot so that the handle is not directly exposed to the heat source.

Brikka should be washed by hand without detergent and is not dishwasher safe.

Induction: This model is not directly compatible with induction hobs. However, it can be used on an induction hob with a suitable Bialetti induction adapter.

How does a moka pot work?

A moka pot consists of a lower chamber for water, a funnel-shaped filter for ground coffee and an upper chamber where the brewed coffee collects. Fill the lower chamber with water to the appropriate level, add ground coffee to the filter without tamping, and securely screw the sections together.

As the moka pot heats up, pressure forces the hot water through the ground coffee and into the upper chamber. Brikka’s special system provides additional control over this process, helping to create its characteristic rich crema.
