Brikka Induction for 4 Cups is an aluminum coffee maker with a special system for brewing espresso with a rich, thick crema – unmatched by standard moka pots. Thanks to the new valve design, updated column, and silicone membrane.

Design: Brikka is made of cast aluminum, ensuring durability and even heat distribution. The classic moka pot shape is complemented by a black plastic handle and lid for safe and comfortable use.

Brikka Induction 4-cup model consists of:
– Lower water reservoir
– Metal coffee filter
– Upper chamber for brewed coffee
Instructions for Use: Pour water into the lower reservoir – up to the safety valve level. Place freshly ground coffee into the filter (do not tamp it). Assemble all parts and place on the stove. After a few minutes, the water will pass through the coffee, and espresso with a rich crema will collect in the upper chamber.

Bialetti Brikka Induction 4-Cup is an upgraded moka pot designed for coffee lovers who want to enjoy authentic Italian espresso-style coffee with a rich, velvety crema. Unlike traditional moka pots, Brikka features a patented pressure valve that builds higher pressure during brewing, producing a fuller-bodied coffee topped with a thick crema.

The latest Brikka version is equipped with a redesigned column and a silicone membrane, creating an even richer and more persistent crema. With a total capacity of 180 ml, it brews approximately 170 ml of coffee, enough for 4 espresso cups.

The upper chamber is made from high-quality aluminium for excellent heat distribution, while the stainless steel induction-compatible base allows the coffee maker to be used on induction, gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops.

Brewing is simple: fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve, add freshly ground coffee to the filter basket without tamping, assemble the coffee maker, and place it on the hob. As the water heats, pressure forces it through the coffee grounds, producing a rich, aromatic espresso-style coffee with Brikka’s signature crema.

For best performance and long-lasting durability, wash the coffee maker by hand without detergents. It is not dishwasher safe.
