Fellow Stagg EKG Pro is a precision electric kettle designed for pour-over coffee, tea, and other drinks where accurate water temperature and controlled pouring make a difference.

Fellow Stagg EKG Pro is an advanced version of one of the most recognizable electric kettles in specialty coffee. It combines Fellow’s signature minimalist design and precision gooseneck spout with a color display and advanced features that make everyday brewing simpler, more precise, and easier to customize.

Precise Temperature Control from 40 to 100°C

Set the water temperature anywhere between 40 and 100°C, with precision up to 0.5°C. This allows you to choose the right temperature for the coffee, tea, or other drink you are preparing, without having to boil the water first and wait for it to cool.

The PID controller helps the kettle reach and maintain the selected temperature accurately. With 1200 W of power, water heats quickly, while the 900 ml capacity provides enough water for several consecutive brews.

Controlled Pouring for Pour-Over Coffee

Fellow’s signature gooseneck spout provides a slow, steady, and controlled flow of water. This is particularly useful for brewing methods such as V60 and Chemex, where the way you pour can directly influence coffee extraction.

The ergonomic counterbalanced handle adds stability and makes precise pouring more comfortable.

Features Designed for Everyday Use

Schedule allows you to program the kettle to heat water at a specific time. You can also set a recurring schedule – for example, so your water is ready for your first coffee at the same time every morning.

The Hold function keeps the selected water temperature for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, so there is no need to reheat the water when preparing another cup.

The built-in Brew Stopwatch lets you track brewing time directly on the kettle display – useful for V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and other methods where timing is an important part of the recipe.

Guide Mode for Easier Temperature Selection

If you are not sure which temperature to use, Guide Mode provides helpful recommendations for different brewing needs. More experienced users can turn Guide Mode off and adjust the temperature directly using the control dial.

Pre-Boil and Altitude

The Pre-Boil function first brings the water to a boil and then allows it to cool to your selected temperature, maintaining it once that temperature is reached.

With the Altitude setting, you can enter the elevation of your location. Since water boils at a lower temperature at higher altitudes, the kettle can adjust accordingly to help prevent unnecessary overboiling.

Color Display and Custom Settings

Stagg EKG Pro features a high-resolution color display and an intuitive menu where you can select Celsius or Fahrenheit, adjust the clock display, change the chime volume, and access additional settings.

The kettle interface is available in three languages:

  • English
  • French
  • Spanish

The Chime volume can be adjusted from 0 to 10, allowing you to choose between silent operation and a clear audible notification when the selected temperature has been reached.

Wi-Fi connectivity allows the kettle to receive the latest firmware updates through the EKG Updater app. The app currently does not support remote control of the kettle or its settings.
