Bialetti New Venus 4tz – Stainless steel moka pot for 4 espressos with improved design

New Venus is an updated version of one of the most popular moka pot models by Bialetti, the world’s leading manufacturer of coffee makers. Compared to the previous version, the new one includes a redesigned upper part, lid and handle, as well as a 20% increase in lower chamber thickness.

The Bialetti Venus 4tz is designed to brew 4 espresso cups at once (~185 ml), with a total capacity of 210 ml. All you need is this moka pot, quality coffee and a few minutes for a true Italian espresso.

Thanks to its streamlined shape and original design, Bialetti Venus is a great addition to any kitchen. It is made of polished stainless steel with a black plastic ergonomic handle that stays cool during brewing. Stainless steel has less effect on coffee taste compared to aluminum, and the handle shape allows for comfortable pouring of the prepared espresso.

It is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs (4tz size and larger). Place it on the hob so that the handle is out of reach of heat.

How the moka pot works: The coffee maker consists of an upper sealed tank, a filter and a bottom tank. Put ground coffee in the filter, pour water into the bottom chamber up to the safety valve level and connect all parts. Place the coffee pot on the stove and wait a few minutes. Hot water moves through the ground coffee into the upper tank – your delicious and aromatic espresso is ready!

How to use:

Unscrew the top part and remove the filter and rubber gasket.
Pour water into the bottom chamber up to the safety valve level (never above).
Fill the filter basket with ground coffee – do not tamp, just level it evenly.
Place the filter back and screw the top part on firmly.
Place the moka pot on the hob over low to medium heat. Keep the handle away from the flame.
Wait a few minutes – when coffee starts flowing out and the sound changes, remove from heat.
Stir the espresso with a spoon and serve immediately.
After cooling, disassemble and rinse with warm water. No detergent! Not dishwasher safe.

Note: When choosing the size, keep in mind that you must always brew the full quantity of coffee recommended by the manufacturer.
